Overview

The insulated microneedles emit radiofrequency energy only from its tip in the dermis and therefore sparing the epidermis.
The radiofrequency energy generates heat in the deep layers of the skin, creating coagulation zones at three different depths (multilayer approach with multiple passes).

Infini's micro-needles are insulated by gold plates around the shaft and non-insulated at the tip. This releases energy only at the tip in the dermis keeping the epidermis protected which eliminates burn concerns.

Thinner needle diameter

Infini has the thinnest needles with a small diameter of 20 µ at the tip and 200 µ at the body. This facilitates smooth insertion into the skin and increases patients' tolerance.

Reduced resistance to insertion

The comfort flow technology acts by inserting needles sequentially into the skin, row after row, unlike other devices where all needles are inserted at once. This technology decreases skin resistance and its resulted pain.

Fast needles bouncing

Infini needles have a fast retraction due to its mechanical 'stapler like' mechanism. Competitors that use hydraulic motors have a slow bounce upon the gradual retraction that may cause releasing the energy at the wrong depths.

Adjustable depth control

Depth of needles insertion can be controlled from 0.5 to 3.5 mm in steps of 0.25 mm. This allows precise targeting of different layers for the best clinical outcomes.

Fast 30 mins sessions

Inifni provides continuous shooting at a fast repetition rate, this is due to the speed of its mechanical insertion compared to the slower motor-driven insertion in other devices.

Predictable outcomes

Changing the duration of skin exposure to radio-frequency allows controlling the size of the coagulation zone, this allows a selecting a precise parameters combination according to the severity of the case.

Guided and expert modes

Automatic preset parameters for different skin conditions are available for new users. A memory function allows saving and recalling favourite parameters for expert users.
